This Week's Welcome

After a weekend off, we're back with another market, but outdoors! We’re throwing a LKLD EDGE POP-UP at the Kitty Cat Lounge on Saturday, September 27th from 10AM-2PM!

It’s actually my birthday weekend, so I thought it would be fun to do this little fundraiser for the cats! I’ll be donating a portion of vendor fees to KCL as well as from selling these amazing totes designed by Pink Vibe Designs! There’ll only be 25 available the day of!

The Hungry Games (or Why I "Maybe" Haven't Lost Any Weight 😂)

Well, no new food joints this week, but why don't we take a trip down "Hungry Lane"... Here are some of the places I did eat this past week! I recommend all of them. How many have you tried?!

Earlier in the week we grabbed some things from The Joinery, and then we ended our evening with some Mayday Ice Cream! I love the Blackberry Earl Grey!

These aren't in order, so let's jump to Thursday as we grabbed some Tanuki Boba Cafe at their morning pop-up at Catapult from 8am-11am! I've already told you once before about the B.E.C. on Croissant and Avocado Toast. Yum!

I did venture away from my usual and tried the custom barista made Cinnamon Roll Latte from Foxtail Coffee Co.! I got another one yesterday haha...

Not to betray Foxtail, but I do enjoy other coffee joints too! I finally made it out to Amonie Jo's. I will say I was NOT disappointed! More will be shared soon...

Saturday at the Farmers Market saw me get a BBQ pork sandwich and amazing potato salad (a twist I've never tasted before! So good!) from The Cultivated Pig!

I shared Smith's American Tavern's post about their Cuban Egg Rolls, and then we had to go get some!

We also supported a newer fave - JJ's Fusion Khaana at their Friday pop-up at Catapult!

Our mornings have been spent with this Apple Crisp Sourdough from the amazing Frisch & Co.! What a perfect loaf!

I grabbed my lunch yesterday from Las Rosas Columbian Cuisine at another Catapult pop-up!

Hopefully you could keep up with that highlight reel! And hopefully - you can check these places out as well sometime!

Personally, if I'm going to eat out, I try and eat local and small businesses at least 90% of the time. It's all great food too because I don't ever feel ugh after eating from these selections! There's a massive difference when you go from major chain to "small."
